tinctures
my herbal tinctures are curated around a specific need, energy and tarot card meaning. these are alcohol-free glycerites, meaning they are made from vegetarian glycerin. they are sweet to the taste and have a shelf life of 3-5 years. take 1-2 droppers under the tongue or in your fav tea or seltzer as needed.
on sourcing: i try to use and grow native herbs where i am and can. otherwise herbs come from unceded tongva, nisenan, susquehannock, piscataway land. i use flax- and coconut-based food grade organic glycerin (not palm or soy). i divest from any company who economically supports the israeli occupation of palestine and the genocide and displacement of palestinian people.
